You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day
on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., by mail or email).
Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the standard delivery offered by us), without delay and at the latest within fourteen days of the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal.
We will use the same means of payment for this refund as you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you.
We may refuse to refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods.

Exclusion or limitation of the right of withdrawal
For our standard products, in particular products with motifs, designs, colours, sizes or product variants offered by us, the statutory right of withdrawal applies. This also applies if a product is manufactured only after the order has been placed using a print-on-demand process.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and for the manufacture of which an individual choice or decision by the consumer is decisive, or which are clearly tailored to the consumer’s personal needs (§ 312g para. 2 no. 1 German Civil Code – BGB).
This applies exclusively to genuinely personalised custom-made goods, for example goods bearing a customer-provided name, individual text, personal photo, customer-provided graphic or other customer-specific instructions.
The mere selection of a standard motif, colour, size or product variant offered by us does not constitute such personalisation.
