3. Offer and conclusion of contract
The presentation of products in the shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather an invitation to place an order. By clicking on “order with obligation to pay,” you are submitting a binding offer. We will confirm receipt with an automatic order confirmation.
4. Prices and shipping costs
All prices include statutory value added tax.
Shipping costs are specified during the ordering process. Shipping within Germany is free for orders over €60.
5. Delivery and production time
Our products are produced on demand by our partner Printful only after your order has been placed and are shipped from there. Delivery times are usually 5–10 business days.
6. Payment
Payment is made by credit card (Stripe), Apple Pay, Google Pay, or Klarna. Your card will be charged when you place your order.
7. Right of withdrawal
Consumers are entitled to the statutory right of withdrawal in accordance with § 355 BGB (German Civil Code). Details can be found in our cancellation policy.
8. Retention of title
The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.
9. Warranty
Statutory liability for defects applies. In the event of obvious production errors (e.g., misprints, damaged goods), we will provide a replacement free of charge.
10. Consumer dispute resolution
We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board (§ 36 German Consumer Dispute Resolution Act).
