You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory. You can also electronically fill in and submit the model withdrawal form or any other unequivocal statement on our website at the Shop<\/a> site. If you use this option, we will communicate to you an acknowledgement of receipt of such a withdrawal without delay (e.g. by email).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your
communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Consequences of withdrawal<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the standard delivery offered by us), without delay and at the latest within fourteen days of the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal.
We will use the same means of payment for this refund as you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We may refuse to refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods.
The goods must be returned immediately, at the latest within fourteen days, to the following address:

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Exclusion or limitation of the right of withdrawal<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

For our standard products, in particular products with motifs, designs, colours, sizes or product variants offered by us, the statutory right of withdrawal applies. This also applies if a product is manufactured only after the order has been placed using a print-on-demand process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and for the manufacture of which an individual choice or decision by the consumer is decisive, or which are clearly tailored to the consumer\u2019s personal needs (\u00a7 312g para. 2 no. 1 German Civil Code \u2013 BGB).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This applies exclusively to genuinely personalised custom-made goods, for example goods bearing a customer-provided name, individual text, personal photo, customer-provided graphic or other customer-specific instructions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The mere selection of a standard motif, colour, size or product variant offered by us does not constitute such personalisation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
